88ed Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Obligations

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 88ed platform (accessible at 88ed.asia), you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 88ed Privacy Policy and any game-specific, promotion-specific, or payment-specific rules published on the 88ed platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 88ed with respect to use of the platform. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of the 88ed platform and close your account.

References to "88ed", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms mean the entity operating the 88ed online gaming platform. References to "you", "your", or "Player" mean the individual using the 88ed services.

To create an 88ed account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (or valid international equivalent), and a valid email address. 88ed reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 88ed may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Only one account per player is permitted on the 88ed platform. Players who are discovered to have registered multiple accounts will have all accounts closed and all balances forfeited, and may be permanently excluded from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 88ed login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, including family members. 88ed will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must notify 88ed's support team immediately if you suspect that your 88ed account has been accessed without your authorisation. 88ed may take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification, but cannot guarantee the prevention of losses incurred prior to notification.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must keep your registered contact details current at all times.
• 88ed reserves the right to suspend accounts pending verification at any time without prior notice.
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure at 88ed's discretion. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

All transactions on the 88ed platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88ed supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and Cash OTC, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless otherwise specified. Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation. 88ed does not charge deposit fees but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposit (same-source rule) where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure. 88ed reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players with a verified account in good standing typically receive JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within ten minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received.
• 88ed reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud, bonus abuse, or identity verification concerns exist.
• If a deposit is made in error, contact 88ed support immediately. Once funds have been wagered, they cannot be refunded.

All bets and wagers placed on the 88ed platform are final once accepted by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. 88ed will not void or reverse bets based on player error alone.

Sports Betting: Odds on the 88ed sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play bet acceptance is subject to network latency and system availability. 88ed reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to technical error or data feed failure. Verified Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 88ed promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Only one bonus may be active per player at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise by 88ed.

• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including through multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or the use of low-risk wagering strategies designed to guarantee bonus conversion, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account closure.
• Bonuses are only available to eligible players and 88ed reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88ed platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account on the 88ed platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets, manipulate games, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned to 88ed.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing or any form of sports event manipulation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 88ed staff, agents, or other players in any manner.
• Allowing a third party to use or access your account.

Any unauthorised use of 88ed intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 88ed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88ed, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the 88ed platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond 88ed's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement arising from third-party data feed failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses incurred during betting or gaming sessions, which are an inherent feature of gambling.

88ed's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 88ed account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

88ed collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the 88ed Privacy Policy.

In summary, 88ed uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and where you have consented, marketing communications. 88ed does not sell your personal data to third parties. Continued use of the 88ed platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

88ed may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and/or access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if 88ed has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any provision of these Terms. Where an account is terminated for breach, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation and forfeited if the breach is confirmed.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 88ed support. Voluntary closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the closure date. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 88ed holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits a consumer's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence.
